To expedite stand production, welding fixtures were introduced, allowing welders to align and weld pipes easily. This innovation accelerated the process and minimised the need for extensive quality checks, as the fixtures consistently ensured precise dimensions.
Problem 02. Responding to the customer's requirement, the pipe thickness was initially set at 1.2 mm, resulting in product deformation under load.
Following coordination with the client, the pipe thickness was increased to 1.5 mm, effectively mitigating deformation issues and ensuring structural integrity under load.
