Problem 01. Achieving precision in punching proved challenging during production due to the canopy's (Orange Colour) 13 bends, each having different dimensions.
To mitigate this issue, the bends were punched separately with locking provision and then welded together afterwards, ultimately saving the expense of creating a new die and punch set.
Problem 02. The rack assembly, towering over 2 meters, resulted in weight imbalances, leading to misalignment of holes during the assembly process.
The circular holes were replaced with slots to counter this issue, ensuring smooth assembly and bolstering structural integrity.
Problem 03. Instability and wobbling plagued the door, prompting concerns about its reliability.
To rectify this, the stiffeners (C- Bracket in light blue colour on the door) were introduced to the door, augmenting stability and eliminating wobbling issues, thus guaranteeing a robust final product.
